Built from the best We started with our lightest aluminum rim: the one from our Crossmax Pro. It’s made using ISM4D (Inter Spoke Milling) leaving only what’s absolutely necessary for strength on the rim.
The new hookless 22mm internal width rim is 100% UST Tubeless compliant for improved traction reduced flats and ease of mounting and dismounting so you wont waste your day installing new tires. We then laced those super lightweight rims to our proven QRM hubs which are famous for staying smooth over long distances. We’ve also used our ITS4 freewheel system because it’s super fast to engage which reinforces the dynamics of the wheel.
Light and fast On the scales Crossmax Elite leads the category: 1635g in 27.5 and 1715g in 29. It comes with our superlight and low rolling resistance Pulse Pro UST Ready tires in 2.1 or 2.25. And you can get it to suit your set up: - Standard (15x100 and 12x142 both convertible to quick release) or Boost (15x110 and 12x148). - 27.5 and 29 - 2 color versions : black or black/red - Cannondale specifics: Supermax (Lefty 60) and offset (AI) in black only - Standard Shimano/Sram or XD (Eagle compatible).
