Giant’s latest EnergyPak battery systems feature streamlined designs that are integrated with the E-bike for a sleek and modern profile. Giant E-bikes offer several different EnergyPak options including the EnergyPak Smart and EnergyPak. Each one is designed to optimize the E-bike experience for a specific style of riding.
Smart Assist
All SyncDrive motors have Smart Assist technology which adjusts the support to match the rider’s needs. By using information from multiple sensors both rider input and terrain feedback are used to determine the optimal amount of pedaling assistance. SyncDrive is the only e-bike system that utilizes both rider input and terrain feedback. It gives you a smooth natural riding experience with ample power when you need it while also conserving power when you don’t need as much.
RideControl Dash
This two-in-one unit features buttons to control support modes plus an integrated color display. You can check range battery level and support mode along with standard cycling data such as speed and distance without having to another screen to the E-bike. It also has an ANT+ connection so you can connect a heart rate monitor and other fitness devices.
RideControl App
The updated RideControl App expands the existing customization options for your SyncDrive motor. Now you choose exactly how you want the system to perform. You can use the app to adjust from the battery-saving Eco mode all the way up to Power mode and collect all relevant ride metrics during your activity.
GIANT E-LOCK SYSTEM
Allows you to lock and unlock your E-bike using the RideControl App or by entering a PIN code on the controller. Once locked pedaling assistance is blocked and the display shows the E-bike in lock status. If someone attempts to move the bike the alarm is triggered.
FIND MY BIKE
Enhanced security and anti-theft feature using Apple Find My function lets you set up separation alerts locate your E-bike remotely and receive notifications if its location changes. Apple Find My privacy protections ensure that your location information is encrypted on Apple servers and retained for only 24 hours.
