Coronavirus Update

Dear Customers,

We are still open and shipping as quickly as possible, however due to the current pandemic and social distancing measures in our warehouse/offices orders are experiencing delays due to overwhelming demand. We are hoping to have all orders shipped within 5 working days of them being placed.

Please do not contact us within this time frame unless you need to cancel or amend an order - Our phone lines and emails are exceptionally busy resulting in slower order processing times. Please also be aware there are small delays in the courier network. All customers will receive an email once their order has been shipped.

Through the next few months industries like ours will struggle so we ask that you keep supporting the cycling industry in any way you can. Currently we are still fully functional and will remain so for as long as we can.

We’re working closely with our suppliers to make sure that the lead times shown on the website are accurate and up to date. Should this information change we’ll notify you as soon as possible via email.

We are continuing to ship goods daily and will continue to do so until we are advised not to in accordance with Public Health England and the WHO. All our couriers are working tirelessly to ensure minimum disruptions to their networks, and that in many circumstances steps have been taken to protect both the postal worker and receiver.

We hope you can remain understanding and continue to support and work with us through this difficult period.
